Based in the South Hams, Devon, I am a passionate sustainability advocate, dedicated to creating green solutions for materials that would otherwise end up in landfills. With a background in recruitment, my career journey took a bold turn toward environmental impact when I discovered the growing need for more sustainable operations in the recycling sector.

As the founder of a successful pallet recycling business, I have not only focused on reducing waste but also developed a deep commitment to expanding the scope of what can be recycled. The transition into solar panel recycling was a natural progression, driven by my determination to address one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time. My goal is to help reduce e-waste, foster the circular economy, and ensure that valuable materials are reused rather than discarded.

Outside of work, I am an avid spearfisherman and outdoorsman, drawing inspiration from nature and using that connection to fuel my work.
